c31 melbourne and geelong - the melbourne community television consortium is victoria's not-for-profit community television service providing locally-based entertainment, education and information. transmitted from mount dandenong, c31 provides access and representation to the many diverse communities within victoria. you can find faces, voices and issues which are not present in mainstream television. we broadcast over 90 new locally-made programs every week. these programs are produced by community television volunteers and independent television makers.

1. First make sure you have the repository installed
2. Open up Kodi and navigate into Add-ons.
   
3. Click the open box icon (above the side-menu).
   
4. Select Install from repository.
   • If you have at least one repository (besides the default) installed:
     Select the repository you wish to install from.
5. Select the category the addon belongs to, in this case it should be video.
6. Select channel 31.
7. Click Install.
